"Reply Guy" and "Reply Gal" are too binary.
I suggest for inclusivity, we replace both with the gender-neutral term "Piece of Shit".

Block my first "Reply Gal" today. It came under a notification warning based on the account age, etc so when I looked, it appears they have spent most of their time as a new account reply guying (almost 300 posts) other people which makes me suspicious if it is just a reply guy.
