C.I can think of one easy, ICE-related measure which would reduce our transportation carbon footprint, and which has not been implemented here. It's not going to cut our emissions by 25%, but every little bit helps, right? That's why Canada, with 1.5% of the world's emissions, is working so hard at it.
Ban automobile remote-start functionality! By definition, it's empty vehicles idling, which is already illegal in some places.

MicahCars should not be wirelessly connected to the internet. I get that starting your car with an app can be cool and OTA updates are a thing, but not everything should be connected to the internet. Imagine getting hacked while driving and losing control. It sounds weird now, but it absolutely is possible and will become more possible.
