Following release of the #PoliceBodyCam footage showing the judge being cuffed and refusing to identify herself to the officer, the controversial judge took to #SocialMedia asking for the links to be shared, as her attorney claims footage will help exonerate her of the #felony charges for striking a police officer outside the #RedMartini on June 20th.

Judge Peterson's term is due to expire this year after losing a recent primary election in May after a state judicial misconduct panel found her guilty of “systemic incompetence”, which predates the felony battery and obstruction of a police officer charges.
