An excellent article by @jmorijn establishing a new category in the rule of law field: the re-democratisation approach. This is a first. So far we've had the backsliders and the CVMs (that joined with incomplete rule of law systems). The proposals in this article on how to approach the re-democratisation process in Poland are remarkable and worth a read and further thinking
