Thought I was going to get to drink a new beer with dinner tonight, but I found and served bottles of Blueberry and Melon flavour ramume (Japanese soda in glass bottles with a marble stoppers).

The kids didn’t like the Blueberry flavour so I got that instead - they enjoyed the melon flavour which is just as well, too sweet for anyone else! 🫐🍈 #ramune

Judging from the fact there are five bottles of Hata #Ramune in the cupboard (two original flavour, one lychee, one yoghurt, and one blueberry), the children’s fad for drinking it has passed 🤷

Took the children to our local (UK) Tescos supermarket on the way home, and they spotted Hana #Ramune soda for sale (the glass bottles with the marble in the neck as a seal). I was of course pressured to buy some. Well, easier than a trip to the niche Asian imports supermarket
