Great keynote by @snowded at the #RGST2025.

One of the thoughts that keeps me thinking. I feel it is probably one of the things often misunderstood in organisational change: "Starting at the end of someone else's journey."

I understand that becoming the organisation (or person) you are aiming to become it will need time. Your time, your organisation's time. It needs own effort. Own thinking. - Number of characters is restricted here :(
