Poke-do (5/5): Cheapest prices in the country. Cash Only, 8th floor. Nobody talks about it online.
C-Labo Sendai (4/5): Excellent prices. Tax Free.
Pokémon Center Tohoku (4.25/5): Lots of personality.

Skip MINT Sendai (2/5); inflated mall premium.

8th floor. Cash Only. I almost skipped it. Cheapest prices in the entire country with excellent variety.

Nobody talks about Sendai for card shopping. That's exactly why the prices are so good. The tourists haven't found it yet.
