does anyone know how branded plus size shoes that aren't in the brand's online store work?

both Lucky Brand and Blowfish had some deal with the old pre-bankruptcy-and-acquisition Long Tall Sally that led to several of my favorite pairs of boots, but it was impossible to get those extended sizes through Lucky or Blowfish proper, and now i have no idea where to look because there's no real successor to LTS. maybe they just stopped being made at all? 😞

(new LTS is pure trash. and they're definitely not on Zappos. the Zappos selection seems to be getting steadily worse.)
