There is an obvious cold war metaphor which is quite good, but some terrible dialogue including, Doctor: “Let me weep, I am a lost man, the most wicked man in the universe” To be fair he is pretty irresponsible, awaking a whole species in the void #DoctorWho #PlanetfromNowhere
