The “blanket” 20mph limit is not true; neither is a road building “ban”. Mark Harper MP (Secretary of State for Transport) must know that, which means he’s deliberately spreading untruths + misinformation - which he is doing regularly. There’s a word for people who do that, though they don’t like being called it.
