@jfmiller28 Looking at https://www.generalconvention.org/membership-and-average-attendance for the dioceses is a sobering experience. I have not seen any numbers on clergy retirements or career changes nor any figures of clergy ordinations, but I think what you are seeing is not uncommon. Yet I hear people say they just want their church to get back to normal. Phyllis Tickle’s 500 year rummage sale was not specific as to what would happen, but maybe she was right, & we will see this play out over the next 5 to 10 years.
