redcross.org.ph needs to update landline numbers for the blood bank locations on their site. they're still publishing 7-digit numbers when we've shifted to 8-digit numbers since 2019.

There are still no power and water supply in #Talisay, #Batangas. Electricity has also been cut off in #Laurel, Batangas and Brgy. Sambong, #Tagaytay City.
Roads in Batangas are now passable, but precautionary driving measures are strongly advised.
