In hospital, en lieu of the actual thing, passing gas is counted as good wrt bowel movement – or so I heard.
If true, I've got a question wrt healthy person and #farting .

What does the absence of #PassingGas in an otherwise healthy person mean wrt a #HealthyGut ?
Aren't the type of #bacteria responsible for passing gas gone from the environment and a lack of this type is considered a negative sign?
Curious bc since I removed #meat from my #diet I don't fart anymore😁
