Abraxas3d W5NYV@kelvin0mql what we've seen at @RATPAC is a request for a talk about now using #PACTOR in #EmComm. A member of the planning committee asked why wouldn't they simply use #VARA. Another member said it's "not available" in their area.
I don't know why that would be, so I'm curious if anyone here can explain what the practical issues are to me? I'd like to help make this an effective and useful presentation for #hamradio.

I managed a #pactor 2 live QSO on 17M. Well, actually I linked into a BBS and the SYSOP was around so we had a nice chat. #amateurradio
