According to #TheHockeyNews, #Vancouver considers moving #JTMiller or #Pettersson.
A possible destination for Pettersson is apparently #Anaheim. I doubt Vancouver wants to trade Petterson to another #PacificDivision team, but if they do, I see EP40 enjoy life with Leo Carlsson for quite some time.
Another speculation was Miller to the #NYR, where Vancouver gets Zibanejad if they both agree to such moves. I’m not sure what Z adds to Vancouver, but I rather lose Miller, a 31yo with an expensive 5yr deal, who is already struggling and has a reputation for breaking new prospects’ balls to stay relevant, than a 26yo, who needs “to mature.” I mean, if Miller stays, what will he do to the next kid Vancouver brings up?
Pettersson in Anaheim, however… getting his old role back might just “mature” him faster than Vancouver can say, “WTF?!”
Would they move EP40 for Mika? I’m sure the NYR takes that deal all day but would it help the #Canucks? 🤷♂️
