And so ends my lite virtual amble around #Copenhagen, finishing at the iconic Little Mermaid (honestly, a bit underwhelming given its a trek away from everything). Hopefully I can visit in person again sometime.

Next month I'm doing 26 miles around #Kyoto!

Next up on the tour is Amelienborg, a rather modest palace. The copper-roofed building is actually a much grander church (I think) behind the palace. Nice view over the water of the opera house.

A couple more stops today. The Round Tower, interesting if only because its a slope the whole way up - no stairs! Good picture point at the top with views over the city.

I've reached Rosenborg Castle, which is nice enough, but the surrounding parks and gardens are even better!

Today, I would have reached Nørrebro, where before I've had a lovely time at Assistens Cemetry and The Red Square at Superkilen.

Now 5.6 miles in and reached the lakes, which are hard to avoid in person. I remember having brunch at Cafe 22, which overlooks sortdedams sø.

I've never been to CopenHill before, but I'll be sure to visit next time. Somehow, I've never been inside Tivoli either (probably because it's £££). I think it's nice to explore around Christmas time.
