#ASH24 Casulo et al. report that in #POD24 patients, 52%retained FL, 30% had no biopsy or indeterminate histology, and 17% had biopsy-proven HT. The "real" FL POD24 still had a poor outcome with 5y-LRD of 20% after 2L. The HT group, of course, had a worse OS (HR 3.79) ash.confex.com/ash/2024/web...
