New promoter snags #Oxbow #RiverStage brand name , #ConcertSeries that originally brought top tier acts like Van Morrison, Heart & Bonnie Raitt to downtown #Napa , but after several years, permit was shut down in #OxbowCommons Park over #noise complaints from nearby million dollar #WineCountry properties in 2023. New promoter will attempt return of outdoor shows to #NapaValley, but use far less lovely local college football field.
