The left has long observed that under #neoliberal #capitalism, workers must seem to love their jobs. With wages stagnant, work must be its own reward. I think this push for #returntowork in-person is part of that. If you're remote, you can't put on the performance of loving and living for your job. You can do #QuietQuitting instead. You can foster other hobbies and interests, and your employer sees this as a threat.

I know one been quite on here, BUT great news! We've added a second worksite and the #union has assigned us all a local! Next step is to plan for the vote, then file with the National Labor Relations Board, and... finally... its public, I can talk with everyone about where I work and with which union we're organizing.

We'll probably have the vote before Thanksgiving and a contract by next summer!!! I am too excited!!!
