This is One World Trade Center, the rebuilt tower of the original that was was destroyed in the terrorist attacks of September 11, 2001. The building has 94 stories, with the top floor numbered 104. It is the second tallest freestanding structure in the Western Hemisphere behind the CN Tower in Toronto.
