I know food service in general and food trucks in particular are notoriously difficult to make work, but something like this I wonder how effective it could be. Especially on weekends, around soccer fields or softball fields where kids and families are gathering for weekend tournaments and games. Set up a truck that sells $1 sandwiches $1 coffee $1 soda and just go till you run out.
