@estrogenandspite I'm in the same boat haha. I need to get back to #stellaris at some point. That and Old World which I strongly recommend in the #4x genre. Kind of a cross over between #civilization and #CrusaderKingsIII !

Trying out "#OldWorldGame". Got it on the #Valve #Steam summer sale. I've not been super interested in the ways that Civilization has evolved, so happy to try something similar but different, if that makes sense.

Hooded Horse is a small indie publisher, and a rather new one in the field. The are the publisher of #OldWorld #OldWorldGame, which probably many people in the civ community know.
But despite the newness, they have their first sale on Steam, which is for us here quite interesting, as it includes many strategy games, including some turnbased ones!

As mentioned on Twitter by Hooded Horse, and Mohawk Games, the new #OldWorld #OldWorldGame DLC “Pharaohs of the Nile” is now availabe.
This DLC comes with 6 historical scenarios, as well as with a new civilization, the Kingdom of Kush.
There is currently also a 10% discount on the DLC, so you can get it for 8.99 instead of 9.99.
