Drone boats strike oil terminal in Novorossiysk, Russia

The Caspian Pipeline Consortium counted a third strike against what it calls a protected civilian facility when drone boats damaged its Black Sea terminal, forcing the company to declare the berth unusable and evacuate vessels from the area
