How to shoehorn 46 TB into a 36 TB Volume (with 10 TB to spare):
Purchase #hyperspace from @siracusa , Use #Offshoot by Hedge to checksum copy as much as will fit onto the volume. Have #Hyperspace chew on it for a few days. Then load in the rest and set Hyperspace loose on it again.
