Checked out #OctoStudio today, a very restricted clone of Scratch for phones. Only one instance of each object can be present, making most ideas like bullet hell impossible. I was able to make a little game and it was only a little painful.

The app is laggy and drains battery quick. I don't see how these conditions make teaching sessions possible.

Despite that, some examples seen online are impressive. You can make phones interact as well, which is really cool.

For the 15th day of #MinaCoding2024 : "Another Place" , Octorealm is coded through #Octostudio (https://octostudio.org/en/) and #Hydravideosynth @hydra Decided to code in a mobile environment that I haven’t visited yet, so I consider this as “ Another Place”.

SonicPi was used for the sound to reflect the glitch effects made in Hydra.
