I'm in the market for my third deck. The one I'm currently using is beautiful and holds a nostalgic feeling for me, but I feel a disconnect with the deck.
I'm thinking of picking up the Luminous Spirit Tarot deck, but I'm also open to looking at other decks.

The first full moon of the season is September 24th, the day I return from Phoenix, AZ.
I learned recently from a friend in a discord server that her grandmother would not let her take pictures of her readings because "it will interfere."
And it reminds me that in my Buddhist practice, we do not take pictures of the Gohonzon out of respect for its significance.
I may start to share my readings in text -only, for this reason going forward.

I should, some time, get back to crafting a non-dualistic take on some sort of Tarot/Yijing mashup.
The Tarot in particular I find far too gendery. AFAIK no acknowledgement of the nonbinary. The Yijing at least includes the notion of mixed states, though *always* as a transitional thing. Yin moving to Yang, Yang moving to Yin.
I need a system that treats neutral/mixed as a potentially stable state. Because that is my lived experience: stably liminal, in so many aspects.

Personal spellcrafting has been a focus for me since this past weekend.
I'm lacking in inspiration in other areas, but spellcraft gives words power. And gives me a sense of ease and purpose.
A friend of mine has been having a hard time and needed support recently.
I did a little digging and learned she and I have the same birth arcana.
Which makes me hope the incantation and ritual I did with our shared arcana reached her.
Or will reach her - a friend she doesn't know is bringing her a few items from the ritual as a gift, along with his skills as a tournament organizer.
Should she need him to pick up a shift.
