More news on my trying to get the OnePlus issues fixed. At least the fingerprint sensor issue, that's a big one for me. So I found an email, [email protected]. I emailed them about the issue, including links to Android developer accessibility stuff per my usual method of contacting developers. But I got a customer service™ representative instead. They wanted me to reset my phone, then when I told them my phone was only a few days old, they wanted to return or replace the phone. So I tried to tell them it was an issue with Oxygen OS, the software, I've not gotten a reply yet.
So, today, I'm going to try to log into my OnePlus account using AIRA, since they have a capcha without an audio version. I'll see if posting to the community helps any better. Goodness I just need to reach a software engineer lol.
