PhilWoke up at 0400. Again. At 0530 decided to get up and walk down to my patch for some birding. 40 minutes of things not-quite-going-right, phone and watch both uncharged, field guide not in bins bag, water bottle hiding, etc etc. Pushed through, opened the front door and discovered it is raining stair-rods and I some how haven't noticed. 0610 decided it was time to give up and read at book!
