Push or Perish?

There it is. The button. Red. Glowing. Waiting.

If he pushes it, everything could end.
If he doesn’t, everything might end anyway.

Protocol says: Push.
Common sense says: Maybe ask first.
But who? There’s no one left.

Maybe it triggers a rescue system.
Maybe it unleashes disaster.
Maybe it just turns on the coffee machine in the next room.

And now, the real question:
Can he really take responsibility for NOT pushing it?
Can he live with that?
Can you?
