Is there an upper limit to heat where matter doesn't hold atomic structure?

Is there a breakdown in atomic structures in a broadly 0K environment? Eg out in the Oort cloud, for example?

I feel like an idiot for not being able to figure out what I’m supposed to be doing. I’m trying to fight that thinking, but it is winning. However, it certainly reminds me what it’s like for students to be learning something totally new from the very beginning. #NoDumbQuestions
