I had a thought the other day that these new Snapdragon Surface devices may finally be the driver for Microsoft to ditch the baggage of x86. Then I had a follow-up thought… no it won’t. They’ll do as little as possible.
To clarify, if you set display zoom on only one of two displays, having an application launch on one and then moving it to the other results in a hot mess for some applications. The chief culprit I have found? Microsoft’s own Outlook. Even the vendor has given up.
