Research suggests UK emergency alerts 'can be attacked' using basic tech

Use more LTE at #cccamp2019 - this works by using a CCC SIM card and manually selecting the 901-42 (or CampLTE) network. You can switch to the classic 2G/3G networks by selecting 262-42. @c3moc #osmocom #nextepc
FOSS cellular projects are converging. After CFSB support in both #osmocom and #nextepc some months ago, I now have just successfully performed the first Authentication + UpdateLocation from 4G RAN to our 2G/3G OsmoHLR!
