By the end of this month I plan to officially leave my interim COO role at Cortrium. The new CEO has been onboarded, is a fast learner and doing a stellar job, so it makes it easy for me to take a step more back.

I think the keys to a good transition are good preparation before the start date and then seamlessly switching from ‘I am including you in this’ to ‘You include me, if you need to’ as self-confidence in the job grows.

Anyways, it’s been a pleasure.
