A couple of years ago I read a wonderful manga — one of those you really can not detach yourself from: “The Flowers of Evil” (惡の華: “Aku no Hana”), by Oshimi Shūzō.

The manga absorbed me so much that I wrote a whole album about it: “Les Fleurs du Mal”

The album is a collection of Grundgestalten, that is, algorithmic compositions, which produced “music quanta” that I re-assembled together.

An examples of this process is “On and on and on and on and on”.

This clip features several pictures of the character that inspiered it, Nakamura Sawa.
