hPlaying video over #ipfs, should work provided that there's a libVLC package available for your platform, and you have OpenGL running.
That's probably most linux-amd64, Win64, and Mac systems out there. Not sure supporting i386 is worth the hassle. linux-arm7 should be next, and RISC-V hopefully in the future, as I don't have such hardware available to me.
