Five games, the last three decided by 2 points, and Tasmania wins the #NBL24 title in just its third season. The Jackjumpers win game 5 83-81 on the back of a 32-point haul from Jordon Crawford, and take the series 3-2.
Tasmania (the state) wins its first national title since 2013 (Sheffield Shield ๐) and its first national #basketball 'chip since 1991 (the WNBL's Islanders).

David_grรผnWriting a story about questions asked at a press conference is a bit superfluous,really. I doubt he will be Sydney Kings coach next year. I mean, what else is he supposed to say?
Not being able to get one of the top two teams talent wise into a better position, and losing to a team struggling with injuries doesn't strengthen the case for the return of the coach. Inconsistent defensive and offensive structures, and players playing wildly inconsistent minutes throughout the season suggests that he struggled to get the players on side, and all on the same page.
I hear Brian Goorjian is available.
