Mysk🇨🇦🇩🇪🔔UPDATE: the 21+ class-action lawsuits filed against Apple for data privacy breaches related to harvesting usage data have now been consolidated in one lawsuit including 12 counts. A notable change to the case is that the plaintiffs now include two minors (A. H. and E. M.). This allowed the lawsuit to add an allegation related to children's online protection:
"Defendant engaged in unlawful business practices by violating Cal. Penal Code § 632, California’s Constitution, the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act"
