#myWeirdBrain Last night's dream: I had a poodle that was a tiny snake. Poodlesnek had a poodle head & a snake body covered with white poodle fur. I was about as long as my finger. It was also very venomous & I kept having to stop small children from trying to grab it, as it would have bitten them.

I like when people make up words on purpose. I just don't like when they do it by accident.

Heard Luke Burbank twice on the radio today. First on Wait Wait Don't Tell Me and then Livewire. And now, this baseball game's (second of the afternoon) announcer's voice has a similar quality to Luke's. #MyWeirdBrain

I was in Germany, driving through the wide open spaces and farms, some of which had signs in script Hebrew for family kibbutzes. Wandered into a town and listened to a trio making music in the central square. My mom bought a bottle of liqueur in a blue painted bottle. A lady approached me with a large interior design portfolio and a fan of paint samples. She asks me a question and I say “kein, danke… wir leben in Amerika” and she looks utterly confused and walks away. We ordered a bread basket from a roadside market and it was so plentiful I had to put 20+ long Brotchen in a bag to take home; I knew M would want the ones coated in cinnamon sugar. #Dreams #MyWeirdBrain #Travel #Surreality
