A large ship has collided with a bridge carrying I-695 in Baltimore, MD, over the Patapsco River. Video shows the Francis Scott Key bridge collapsing into the water. A massive search and rescue effort is ongoing. We're working to get updates throughout the morning on @WTKR3.
