I must be in a better mood this evening! Wrote some #tgcf #xianlequartet fic -- foregrounds #huaqing and #mulian, but Feng Xin is also present and it's clear he's usually a major part of it.

Hua Cheng is NOT impressed that she chose *Feng Xin* (and is going to be even less impressed when the next choice is Mu Qing), but the jealous claiming sex afterwards *is* really good, so it's okay
(To be clear, I'm shipping this as happy and consensual! In the context of friendship, Hua Cheng is kind of like "I don't think he's worthy of you, but I support your choices" in regards to Xie Lian, and I think it would be the same romantically/sexually.)
Anyway, to go back to the prompt, I think Xie Lian would enjoy some variety in her creampies. Hua Cheng can shapeshift, of course, but it's different when it's a different person.
*Also*, I want to inflict unnecessary information about Hualian's sex life on Feng Xin, and I think it would be interesting to explore Feng Xin's reaction to being intimate with someone he's always thought of as a man, but who *definitely* is a woman now.

"Oh, no," Xie Lian laughs, patting Mu Qing's shoulder. "We're perfectly fine. We decided to have an open relationship."
"And you want to add *me* to that 'open relationship'?" Mu Qing asks suspiciously.
"Yes!" Xie Lian says, bouncing on his toes. "I know you don't like San Lang or Feng Xin very much, but you won't have to be together with *them*. Just me."
"Feng Xin is involved?!" Mu Qing asks incredulously.
"Yes, we started holding hands sometimes after talking about it last week," Xie Lian says, blushing. "It's very nice."
Gears visibly turn in Mu Qing's head. The embarrassment of being romantically involved with someone versus the idea of being romantically involved with *Xie Lian*... plus the opportunity to one-up Feng Xin...
"Yes," he says firmly at last.
Xie Lian beams. "Great!" he says, and tackles his new partner in a hug.
