Looking through @HRC_MotoGP photos from testing and R01, I noticed these add-ons to the RCV213V were fitted mid Buriram test.
They're closed, so there's no airflow through them or to inside the wing. May be they're acting like gurney flaps?

Aprilia in #MotoGP has developed an F-duct-like system to add speed on the straights. Operated by riders elbow to divert the hot radiator air flow, boosting top speed by a few kph.
