Italiaanse renner Moscon rijdt komend jaar voor Soudal Quick-Step

De Italiaanse wielrenner Gianni Moscon rijdt volgend seizoen voor Soudal Quick-Step. Na twee teleurstellende jaren ziet de Belgische ploeg nog voldoende potentie in de renner met de bijnaam 'Il Trattore', die hij kreeg vanwege de vele energie die hij levert tijdens wedstrijden. Moscon won in 2018 de Ronde van Guangxi en werd in 2021 vierde in Parijs-Roubaix.

Pro #cycling was presented to a display of rotten #sportsmanship and serious shortcomings in terms of #character from #TeamINEOS hot head Gianni #Moscon at #KBK2020. Throwing a bike at another rider after a crash is a complete no go. Ripping up the start number and throw it on the road after the DSQ is a display of contempt for the #racejury. Organizers should declare this knuckle-dragger a persona non grata, the #UCI should suspend and fine him. And his team should finally fire Moscon.
