Medical News Today

A friend of mine needed the morning after pill, but when she looked for it at local pharmacies, they were all out. We live in Texas, so that doesn’t surprise me. So, I did the next best thing, and I looked on Amazon and found a few options, but only one that would do same-day delivery. I bought two packages so I could complete the requirement for same-day delivery, and just waited. And waited. And waited.

Nothing arrived.

I didn’t have a delivery the following morning, so I went online And talked to someone at Amazon, and made it very clear that if I am choosing same-day delivery, it means it has to be here on the same day. The person on the other end was very apologetic and gave me a whole five dollars of credit. Then, he said that I should have my delivery later in the day.

Well, it’s been two days and I still don’t have it.

Thankfully, yesterday I put in another order and I received it this morning, but I’m still not done with Amazon. So, we’ll see what happens next and hopefully my friend won’t end up pregnant.
