Kevin Zaldaña Ramirez, a 20-year-old from El Salvador, says he arrived in the U.S. when he was 14 and has been working to provide for his visually impaired mother while using a work visa through Special Immigrant Juvenile classification. But federal immigration authorities suspect him of being a gang member and accuse him of being in the country illegally.
