If removing the known fake votes that #putin got in the #russian #presidential #election which is estimated to 22 million and then remove votes by #Ukrainian #Georgian and #Moldavian #citizen which should be around 7 million. We assume the other candidates numbers are right:

#Slutsky ~5%
Keep in mind that many of the online votes may have been fake too. Davankov had 44% of abroad votes, is he the president?
