Conference lasts months. Moves around N. America (or W. Europe or wherever).

Maybe on a bus/train. Maybe just in several inexpensive hotels: #DaysInn, #HowardJohnson, #ComfortInn, etc. Locations @ min travel for presenters & attendees: Columbus, Buffalo, Asheville, Topeka, SLC, Waco... not $$$ cities.
