Memorial City development to take place of 35,000-square-foot West Houston warehouse space
Located North of I-10 at 1085 Gessner Road, the development will be connected to an already-present regional jogging trail and detention pond. New pedestrian pathways will connect Greenside to Gessner Road and Mathewson Lane.
