@rriemann Hi. Noted an issue with #mastoLegal #MastodonPrivacyPolicyGenerator. Under "Processing of personal data" section (d) it hardwires to Liberapay rather than picking up the entered donation provider 🙂

If you want to build a search engine and comply with #GDPR, you need to find out who would be the controller (the search engine operator alone?) and then if the controller has a legal basis under GDPR Art. 6 (https://gdpr-info.eu/art-6-gdpr/).
