Le président du conseil départemental du Finistère, Maël de Calan, a défendu son plan RSA devant 200 chefs d’entreprise et des reporters de la presse régionale, mercredi 3 décembre, à Quimper. Deux journalistes de « Splann ! » ont été refoulés manu militari de cette soirée sous des prétextes fallacieux.
