London synagogue a representative of the Magen David Adom (the Israeli medical emergency service - #MDAIs ) spoke about how senior paramedics had been killed and the service, which is entirely privately funded, was in desperate need of everything from bandages and blood test kits to breathing equipment and flak jackets.
